Как я спасла орхидею

На День Рождения подарили мне орхидею. Подарили в маленьком горшочке и росла она в обычной земле. Была цветущая и пол года она меня радовала, но потом стала засыхать. По незнанию я думала, что это нормально, просто прошел период цветения и она через пару месяцев опять будет цвести. Когда пожелтел лист и отсох стебель - я побежала в цветочный магазин. Меня проинформировали, что если у растения корни зеленые и не сухие, то оно выживет.
